Complaint Review: V2 Premier.com shop Nbc

I purchased the v2premier computer in september. when i received it i could not get it to come on, the tech support sent me a restoration disc. finally got the computer to work, the camera worked etc. this was good for about two weeks. of course during the two weeks i was not home much and only used the computer a few times.

started shutting itself down and/or not shutting down. called numerous times. software referred me to hardware. hardware tech very helpful, ran many tests. said not hardware sent me back to software.

over the course of many phone calls (over 10). i felt nothing was happening. tried to get on their web site to make a complaint. can't open it. called shopnbc, emailed shop nbc.

they can't help, said a tech will call me. finally got with the tech was supposed to be a level two, very nice, walked me thru lots of stuff. felt comfortable after we got off the phone on 11/4. on 11/7 started computer up again was going to try getting sound to work like he told me. (hasn't worked since end of september when another tech had be restore the computer (which i have done three times.)computer started fine. then in the middle of everything shut down again. still no sound. still can't use camera.

still can't get help. Can play free cell and i have learned alot about where to go for what on the computer. seems like alot of money to spend for free cell and e mail.

i have had other computers and have never had such poor customer service and lack of wanting help. suspect the company may go out of business and we are all being transferred around until they are gone.
i havn't paid shopnbc yet and am going to send them many complaint letters and try not to pay them i have a year.

should have listened to my sister. and not bought it. expensive lession.
