V2 Premier Ripped off how many will it take? Ripoff Nationwide
How many of us are going to get ripped-off before somebody takes notice of this 2-bit company? My computer is about a year and a half old and since the "warranty" ran out, I've had nothing but problems. I have replaced the keyboard and mouse, the monitor is currently acting up and I am afraid I'll be replacing this next.
About a month ago my Windows program was destroyed by a virus, but the program was pre-loaded at the factory and their support pretty much told me "oh well" when I contacted them about the "missing" back up disk. Like other people who have gone through these same problems, I wonder how long it will take before this company is shut down? They need to be put out of business today!
This company has ripped many of us off, lets do something about it.
