V2 Premier, Shop NBC ripoff lies This company Shop NBC and V2Premiere promised a product that they did not provide Since day 1 there has been nothing but problems Minneapolis
Since day 1 there has been nothing but problems with this systems. I am not computer proficient and had to borrow the money to order this computer for my children. When it arrive the drawer that is in front of the cd part of the computer was found at the bottom of the box. The digital camera was not included as promised, the speakers were completely different from those that were supposed to be in this package. I have called, written, and emailed this company numerous times. I have asked that the computer be returned and was told the warranty was up.
I explained the broken drawer, the missing digital camera, and the wrong speakers. The computer is constantly shutting down in the middle of something, I constantly receive error messages, and this so called "Digital Lifeline" is a joke. If you have any suggestions to help me rid myself of this mess and get my money back please let me know. Thank you.

had V2 shop nbc computer for l0 days...it arrived
on time just like advertised...everything just
like advertised i love it can't tear myself
away....
after Dell's side selling and that
deplorable "Steven" I didn't want to buy a dell
and my friend had trouble w/Gateway....so far so
good have had it about l0 days....
I don't like the Vivitar camera though it could very well be a piece of junk....? since i'm just learning i'll have to give it a chance Even though Jim Peterson and the talk show hosts are motor mouths they are more helpful than yellow tag
