I purchased a V2 Premier in Sept. 2004. I believed it to be a good product because they used lite-on drives and lexmarx printers, etc. It did not come with the logitech wireless mouse and keyboard but it worked fine so I did not complain. From the day I received my computer it began to reboot. The rebooting became so bad that even the technicians were unable to assist me. We tried running a checkdisk as well as enlarging the ram cache. Nothing helped so I was asked to send the tower back and they would research it and send another. This took weeks and I was out of service for a long time. I then received the new tower because they were unable to determine what had caused the other problem. I then got busy freelancing and having my kids do their homework but the rebooting started again along with a variety of memory problems. They replace the memory, modem and hard drive. Again no change. This went on until the problems got so severe that I could not use Internet Explorer just the email and IM capabilities. They then shipped me a new motherboard, another new hard drive, and my bios was upgraded. Now I have no sound and they want me to send it in again. I want my money back because I have been unable to use the computer for more than a couple of weeks at a clip before something else goes wrong. They tell me that if sending it in doesn't help that they will continue to work with me until it does. This has been almost a year and it has not worked. What makes them think the computer will ever work. I want my money back, I have suffered long enough without a computer... and I can't take anymore hours away from my family.
