hi bought the computer and iam not happy with it,it dosent do a lot of what they say it should.want to return it within the 30 day trial period,you need a rma number to return it.so ive ben calling the number they give for days now with a recording no one answers the phone.
i think its a rip off because no one is there to answer a call and the days are ticking bye, so the 30 days will be up and iam stuck with a computer that i dont want for 1600.00. i think this is crazy something has to be done.
the computer is not worth the money either. i cant believe shop nbc would be in on this,beware of v2premier.com. never again will i ever buy from these people.
