Complaint Review: v2premier

I have thier computer for about a year and have personily replaced about every component in the system, because of something going wrong with the system.

I have put in a new mother board, hard drive, modem, and power suppy, tring to keep this piece of junk running.Once you get one thing fixed something esle goes down. At first I tried thier way with thier support and tech. But you can only wait so long.

When I call they would only give you the run around. My wife yells about the covers being off the computer, but I tell her I'm afraid to put them back on cuz I'll be taking them off to fix something else!

Other computers we have had we have had no problems with. I wish I would have kept them and thrown this one away. I would have been better off.
