Purchased the computer in September, received the keyboard, & monitor, 3 weeks later received the drive. It worked for 3 weeks and then started freezing up on me. Then finally the tower died and would not turn on.

Called 800 882-4562 like I was told, I was informed that I needed a new mother board as well as a new
power pack. This was ordered through the Hardware people. These items took 1 month to come in. I then had to call a tech (who was very nice)it took 1 week to schedule an appointment.

He got here installed the items an the drive still didn't work. He then ordered a DMM (memory card) this took another two weeks, called the tech to install it (3 days) this time. The memory card was installed and then THE TOWER STILL DIDN'T work.

Now V2Premier wants me to send the tower back to them so they can fix it. I THINK NOT. They are not even willing to send me a new one nor will they extend the warranty on the on I have--FED UP--DISGUSTED--TIRED OF IT ALL. HELP does anyone out there have the BBB address for Minnesota--
