I ordered a computer from v2.premier.

Within 30 days the monitor blew out. For the last two weeks I have been calling a customer service number trying to make arrangements to return the monitor.

The wait on the customer service line is apprpximately 45 minutes. On three separate occassions I have finally been able to speak with someone only to be transferred to another customer service number and hung up on.

Two weeks later I still don't have the instructions to return the monitor and no one will give me the name of a supervisor.
