Complaint Review: v2premier

I've had my computer less than 1 year, & have had to do 2 system recoveries so far. Each one taking up most of my day, after waiting on the phone for at least 30 minutes & even being disconnected & waiting again.

They advertized 24-7 tech support, which is false. They advertize a web site I cannot reach to "download programs". (It comes up "no match found"). And when they were told over the phone all I got was "I'll tell my supervisor".

Being new to computers I thought this was a really great deal. It has turned out to be very frustrating with all the trouble it is. My mother & sister bought refurbished computers off an auction website & have had hardly any problems compared to mine. I wish I had gone that route.
