igot my system back from viscom on nov/23/2003
on nov 28th the tower burned up i sent back to viscom
call tony obrien at viscom Itold him that thetower burned up tower went for total of 9 time vicom stink's vey bad

i just got done with my warrantee with viscom/aka v2 permier, I will not renew it at all they stink don't buy the contrack .
