I pay my monthly fee to play at their gold site and saved up my points to purchase a $25 KB Toys gift cert. for my son for Christmas. I received the following email (to my surprise): In accordance with Bingonet Rewards Program terms of service, the $25.00 annual fee will be billed to your account over the next few days. This annual fee gives you access to redeem your Gold Bingo$ from a selection of hundreds of shopping, entertainment and travel rewards in our one-of-a-kind BingoNet Rewards Store. It also gives you free shipping and handling on qualified redemptions, and beginning in 2004 faster delivery methods and even more rewards from your favorite brand names. Other benefits include 24/7 access to view and redeem point balances plus exclusive bonus point offers. A separate statement reflecting this fee will be e-mailed to you when it is billed to your account.

1. They didn't ask me they just basically told me "theyre charging.

2. If you cause "trouble" by stating your opinion in the gamerooms, it is my understanding that they will "ban" you from the site, thus cheating you of time left for that month's fee and accumulated points, and any points you have turned in for a reward will be forfeited.

Read this email response from them carefully:

Hello,

You paid a $25 fee when you first became a member in 2001. That was the old management. When we took over, we suspended the membership fee. No charges were taken from your account in October for $25.

Orders through Sept. 30 will be ordered this week. If the fee isn't paid, you won't be able to receive items already ordered.

Failure to pay the annual fee will prevent you from redeeming your Gold Bingo$ in the BingoNet Point Store, receiving any rewards you have recently redeemed for, and receiving bonus Gold Bingo$.

Based on BingoNet making several network improvements, the annual rewards fee was waived last year as one-time goodwill gesture.

Sincerely,

BingoNet Support

The Best Bingo Around

Tell me how policies that suit themselves make it the best bingo around? My son doesnt get his $25 KB Toy Cert. that I redeemed my gold points back on Sept. 17th to get and still HAVE NOT received. Not to mention they billed me twice for the month of Nov. and it has not been refunded to me in any way. Oh, and you'll love this part of their privacy policy: Asset
Your registered membership account in our database is considered an asset of this corporation. If this corporation is sold, your account and the information it contains in our database will be part of that transaction.

As for registering, DON"T! Its funny you can register by email but if you want out, they say: 4. How do I cancel my Gold Membership?
Go to the My Account tab then to Gold Settings then select Cancel. Follow the easy steps! Cancellation emails are NOT accepted.

3. Will my credit card automatically be billed each month?

Yes, on the anniversary date of when you signed up. Example: You signed up on the 4th of the month, the 4th is your due date.
I personally signed up on Oct. 27th but they have charged me on Jan. 1, 2003 Nov. 26, 2003 Dec. 4, 2004. Notice its never on my anniversary date? I believe they may well owe me money!

P.S. If you're smart, you'll check them out on the BBB site for Morrisville, North Carolina
http://search.bbb.org on the right type V3 Networks Morrisville(city) NC (state) click search and it will come up with company name address etc. on the left Click on the underlined V3 Networks and it will tell you all about this "wonderful" company as well as how they rip you off.
