In a moment of sheer idiocy and after a persistant phone sales pitch I foolishly agreed to purchase a vacation package thatsupposidly offered some great deals on airfare. They said the "packet" would be sent out withon two weeks. I NEVER received the packet but did find my credit card charged for it. When I called I was told that I needed to send in a refund request in writing. Which I did. No refund. Long story short, i called no less that six times in four months, wrote two letters, and sent a couple of emails. I always got a runaround. Cheap Trips is a scam.
