We purchased a Marriott Ko'Olina Timeshare off of Ebay from a company called BCS Rentals.  We preiously bought another Marriott Timeshare from Ebay with no problems.  We had the winning bid and then were instructed to submit to them authorization for a one-time echeck withdrawal from our bank.  All of this was done via email.  We were told that there was a 30 day First Right of Refusal for Marriott and that the closing would take 90-120 days.  We knew that closings in Hawaii often take a fairly long time.  We did not hear from them until they responded regarding the FROR from Marriott.  They said it would be arriving any day (30 days after purchase) and they would then submit it to Hawaii for the Title.  We were given an email contact for TS Title who was handling it. After that there was no contact.  We contacted them again a month later to see if it had been submitted.  No response.  We sent other emails and tried calling.  We wer always told we would be called right back but never were.  We finally talked to someone who said it had been "kicked" back from Hawaii becaue of "margine errors" but had been resubmitted on April 18 and should close in 30-60 days.  We waited.  Nothing.  We contacted Hawaii dept of records but without a check number they could not track it.  We wrote several emails asking for the check number.  No response. We called and talked with Raimey who told us we would be called right back.  Never were.  They now do not respond to emails and do not return calls.  Ebay will not honor their money back guarantee beceause it has been too long since the purchase.  The seller is no longer listed on Ebay.

After more extensive research we are sure we have been scammed and sold a non-existent timeshare.  This lesson has cost us nearly $10,000.  It is difficult to understand how a whole group of people can be this callous.  Noah Bradford was he CEO at the time and worked there for 4 years but left in March of 2016.  IF you get someone to talk to you, they will always tell you someone else needs to call you back.  They will promise they will call that day.  They never do.

We have filed fraud reports with the Federal Trade Commision, the FBI, and our bank.  It appears we have no hope of recouping our money.  We thought we had done due diligence at the time of purchase, but these people are smooth operators.

Don't believe a word anyone connected with them says!
