This company has been a total scam from the beginning. I signed on as Independent Distributor purchasing their "vacation certificates" last year. I spent over $600.00 with this company with a hope of offering an additional incentive for our customers to purchase my products and services. This company offers unlimited reprint rights of a huge variety of vacation type deals from hotel stays, shopping sprees, and cruises and I did speak to "Lauren" the owner several times before becoming a distributor. By the way, you can never reach anyone anytime that you call them. They thoroughly screen their phone calls and then either she (Lauren) will call you back or have someone else return the phone call. I should have known that this was too good to be true.

After handing out over 500 of these certificates I decided to use one of their cruise certificates this year for myself. This is where the trouble begins. I sent in the processing fees (which by the way was about as much as the cruise costs) and received a cruise voucher for $199.00 per person for a total of $398.00. I sent a check to a third party company that runs their operation from Florida. When after 2 months of no return phone calls to their travel agency who took my funds, I called Lauren to discuss the issue. By the way, my yearly membership was coming up due so she was careful in her words. Some other woman returned my phone call and called me by a different name and stated that the travel company will return my call promptly. This has been over 7 months and no refund or no further explanation.

I called Lauren in the summer of this year and was going to expand my business using the certificates. I am so glad that a friend started to find something wrong. I even asked to fly up to meet personally with her and she declined stating that everything that I needed was online.

The bottom line is this, she sells these worthless certificates for $99.00 a destination or you can order all certificates for $997.00 per year with unlimited reprint rights. I can only say this, to do your investigation on her and don't be fooled by her BBB (Better Business Bureau) sign online. Please do not ruin the reputation of your organization. The only thing that helped my organization was that no one I gave the certificates to thought that they were simply too good to be true. There is an honest travel agent who also sells certificates for hotel stays only that I have used in the past and believe me, I have since gone back to him solely.

Innocent one
