Complaint Review: Vacation International Professionals Travel Services

I was making travel plans for a group of us who travel alot together. Britanny was the VIP travel agent working with me. Working on two different trips. She would get info together and give me a call. No calls, no emails. No information. When Staci sent US condo offers, I asked her about Brittany and our travel plans. I was told Brittany hsd a family emergency and had to go home to Flordia. Needless to say, we didn't get to travel.Britanny has since returned to SC. I feel we have been ripped off as well.

We bought in Feb 18, 2008. Little Rock AR a platinum 3 weeks a year.
