Complaint Review: Vacation Network

This place promises Ocean View suites at all the top 5 star resorts. So far it's been ify. We went on one vacation and although we did stay at the resort we requested it was a real struggle. They waited until the absolute last minute to confirm our reservations even though we gave 6 months advance notice. Flight reservations got to be scarry so close to the end. We are now struggling with our 2nd vacation.

Once again, they will not confirm reservations where we want even though we have called the resort and they do have available suites. They found another place that at best would have been a 2 star place. Again, flight reservations could become a problem. There is a lot of room for improvement with their customer service. We're just hoping this vacation comes through so we can probably break even on the 3rd one. If you negotiate a good deal and are flexible you may not be too disappointed. Right now I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it requires pressing hard.
