Vacation Network Rip Off and DO NOT deliver what they advertise and pressure you into buying. A Waste of Money. Sandy Springs Georgia
I bought a vacation package for $7,000 which included 21 vacations. Early this year I booked a vacation to the Caribbean, and I gave the 90 days as they've requeste. Up to the day before my travel date, they were were still struggling to book my hotel. When I got to my destination, it was NOT the quality hotel that they advertise and said that you would get. It was a cheap hotel and other hotels were available. I wrote them a detailed report on my return, and nobody contacted me. However, Two weeks ago, I wanted to make an emergency trip back to the Caribbean, and wanted some accommodation there. I called Vacation Network several times to speak to the manager and person for that area. They were never available. I left several messages and no one ever returned my call. This went on for several days. I eventually had to go elsewhere to book a hotel. What am I paying a yearly fee for? Is this the service that one should receive for $7,000? The customer service stinks. I will be seeking legal advice on this matter because I am not getting what I paid for.
To the public, there are other companies who are offering a far better deal than Vacation Network. Please do not waste your money with them.

My husband and I visited the location in Houston Texas, signed up, tried to cancel and was told "no right to resend" has anyone been able to file a consumer complaint and get the creditor to back off and remove the derogatory credit report?
thanks
