At the time a call is made to any perspective client, the client has a choice--that is, either attend the presentation or not. It is totally at the perspective client's option. If they do attend the presentation, we do give them a letter which does state some of the things that are mentioned in this client's complaint. If the person or person does chose to attend our presentation, they do receive the promotional and the $50.00 deposit is refundable. We have had people take advantage of this and go on the vacation, and/or receive the gift they chose.
