I answered a craigslist ad and first became skeptical when we had a interview at a restaurant and not a office . I was told that the company i'm applying for had just relocated to do business in Miami selling exclusive vacation packages to couples and gays who frequent bayside mini cruises. I was offered a position as a independent contractor working on commission but was also offered a 250 draw until i generated enough sales to cover my bills until the company got up and running financially before its too late . I went through several weeks of training before our grand opening tour started on 3-17-2012 at the Marriott in miami fl . I was coached to sale a membership package that cost 13000 . The manager told me to say whatever i had to say to convince a unsuspecting travelor that they would save thousands of dallars on their future travel which was not true. This was a way to get someone to sign their life away thinking they would get something for nothing , in this case 80 percent off all future vacations after joining the membership. I was also told i was hired initially because i was black and i would be able to convince other blacks to purchase this bum membership. When i failed to close a client i would get talked down too by a rude and nasty manager. I close one black married couple for 9995 contract and i felt bad about it because in the back of my mind i knew something was up. When i started asking questions about the companies policy as far as credibilty i was shut down and the manager came to me openly in front of everyone and let me go threatening to call police after i asked about my check. I made several calls to other managers and they threatened to call police if i kept calling . I feel sorry for the couple i signed up i made a call to them and informed them to request a refund . DONT TRUST this company if they cant pay their own employees,im 100 percent sure they treat their clients worst.Lesson learned never trust a company who is out for a quick buck. If it sounds to good to be true it usaully is. The company owes me 1000 in commissions and salary draw and i will have to sue for my money. VACATION - PARTNERS IS A SCAM

Most People who does these type of jobs have some kind of criminal history, this is a quick way to make a quick buck because often in most cases it is a scam . MY personal pass has no reflection as to who i am as a professional. In 1998 i met a girl in a night club who lied about her age i was 19 years old at the time she was 15, we met in a night club. But anyway apparently this company did not care . My Criminal pass does not reflect the man i am today , i still know right from wrong . Now im 37 married with a beautiful son. My image will never be tournished by these crooks who are set out to rip peaople off. Its bad when you target blacks and the gay community and married couples who have no idea what they get into.People talked about jesus and he was perfect,so i know the difference between right and wrong and when you work for someone its only right to get paid.So if this company wants to bring up something that happened in 1998 even though they are know for ripping people off be my guest at least at the end of the night i can rest confortable at night..... SO DONT FALL VICTIM TO THIS NEW VACATION SCAM IN MIAMI.......... ITS A HOAX AND I CAN BE REACHED 786 923-7019 This company does not even do background checks .. that should tell you something ... they use high pressure sales to scheme and defraud dont be there next victim... this is no difference from timeshare fraud this is the mob

Let me start off by saying I am a Employee of Vacation Partners and they are a ethically run company that is family owned and operated. With its has high standards on customer care and service they strive for the best relationship with their clients and employees. I will not put my trust and comitment with just any company out there. I did my research into the vacation program that we offer and found great savings over a variety of activity's and amenities. Doing my research into this reassured me that what I am presenting will maximize the benefit for the individual. If I can find use for the product Im sure a few others will see what I see. Thats why im here working with this amazing team. Now as to this report being filed it has caused a unneeded negative impact on this amazing company.
This complaint was filled by a disgruntled employee who was released from duties today due to violations of his contract and the type of character. This employee displayed aggression, profanity towards other employees and management, breach of contract, defamation of character, falsified statements, false documentation, violence in the work environment, violence towards other employees and management , threats. He displayed characteristics of an unstable individual that cannot control ones behavior or temper. He was first confronted by the office manager and was told he was released for the day and if his services were needed the following work week they will give him a call. He responded back in a violent manner saying " I Don't Work Friday". My manager responded "Ok then we wont be needing your service any longer". That is when the confrontation heated up and the Employee wasn't going to leave without getting the last word in. He started responded with negative comments, threats, and profanity, of such I have not seen in a work environment before. It was a tense situation to have this individual around. He then proceeded to threaten and argue for 15 min. They were politely asking him to leave the premises immediately due to his actions and intentions. It took a few times to tell him to leave before he then finally left. After He left he then proceeded to call and text both the managers and the owners phone leaving threatening voice messages and text. As to the statement were vacation partners does not pay employees is a falsified statement. They have been great taking care of us with paying us on a timely manner and providing perks like lunch break buffets, drinks, food, transportation. The company has a recession policy on all products sold. They do that for the reason of security for both parties. They want to make sure you are making the right decision. We do not pressure or lie to any of our clients. We only sell savings that will last your lifetime and your children's.
I will provide some links about the individual who posted this complaint. After I found this it explained alot about his character and his aggression. I was shocked to see he is a convicted sex offender and has been convicted of battery on a pregnant woman. That should explain it all.

So please after reading this, make a educated decision on the grounds this person lays their complaints on. I have provided evidence to you showing the unsuitability of this individual. I am still happily employed with Vacation Partners and enjoy working with them.
