Yes, I paid them $400 for several vacations. When I went to book one, I found their phone is disconnected.

Let me know if you would like to take ACTION or someone else is already in the process.

We got taken by them too, but we are from Canada. I don't know much about how the legal system works for a class action suit, but I assume we can't participate. I can't believe they've been getting away with this for so long! We've called every number for Vacation Promotions that we can find, best we get is a full answering machine.

Hi,

Thanks to you we now know the players, so how do we gather enough people to create a class action suit?

If you were the IT man and you knew what was going on, then the rest of the phone bank people and the managers knew too, right?

Are you and the others willing to testify?

Do you know what banks they used?

What surprises me is that this man had a surgeon for a wife with more than adequate income to live comfortably and he had to be greedy. How pathetic!
