Vacation Network,Inc (VNI) in their sales pitch VNI gives very limited, fragmented information. This by design. VNI has no website.VNI cannot survive a user review.
It was only after signing an agreement and writing a check for over $7,000 that I was given a reservation request form and a vacation planner booklet and this info. told pretty much the "Rest of the Story". The request form gives a P.O.Box number and a customer service phone number which is an absolute joke!
Customer Service is below the bottom rung on their ladder of considerations. I, like others (listed on internet), have tried repeatedly to get a phone number or an e-mail address for the CEO/Owner of these companies. I get nothering but flack and the runaround.
It seems VNI intends to deceive and jerk people around and take their money.

In this complaint client states we have no website. We do have more than one website. One website is vnivacations.com; another is vrsvacations.com.
The agreement signed by clients after the presentation covers in detail all the details and procedures to use our program. In fact, after our clients sign they have to complete a Consumer Disclosure Questionnaire. All facts of the agreement are stated and clients have to re-sign to confirm their understanding of the agreement.
As for the customer service telephone number, it is 1-888-889-9523 or 1-706-860-1120. We have had these numbers for over 5 years.
Again, we are not a rip-off company.
