I am very frustrated with this company and I would like to get some help from those whom have been scammed and stolen from like my parents where and possible get assistance from a lawyer who would be willing to pursue this company legally.  They are preying on the senior citizens and this has got to stop.

My parents went to a presentation from Vacation Services of America and were told many exciting facts about the savings their company could provide.  In addition to that, they were told that all cruises were ocean view or better, and that they would match any price if my parents found it for less.  All of this was lies and I can provide my parents letter along with several other letters I pulled off of the BBB website.  I did some research and this company has over 60 complaints with the BBB and over 155 complaints with the MO Attorney General's office in the last 36 months.  We all know that there are numerous more people who didn't pursue it to the point of writing a letter to the BBB or the Attorney General because they were either too embarrassed, got nowhere with the complaint process with the company or received a small "payoff" to go away.

Not only do they have a C- with the BBB and over 215 complaints in the last 36 months, they were found guilty of consumer violation and were ordered to pay 1.9 million dollars as a result of this lawsuit a few years ago!  How can they continue to be in business and continue their fraudulant business practices?  Enough is enough!

I know there has to be a lot of people who would be willing to come forward and go after this company to stop them from taking advantage of senior citizens (all consumers) and to collect the money they were scammed out of.

I am looking for additional people who have experienced this with this company and also looking for a lawyer who would be willing to work with all of those that have been scammed to stop this company from doing it again.
