Complaint Review: Vacation Showroom

After purchasing a vacation pkg., I had a bad feeling about this company as it sopunded too good to be true and I was unable to speak with anyone when I called back to ask questions and no one would return my phone call after leaving many messages.

I checked out ripoffreport.com and saw numerous reports regarding this comapny, that they were known under many different names. When I'd call, they'll ask me if I've already purchased a pkg., if yes then I couldn't be transferred to speak to anyone.

When I finally figured that out, I called back and pretended it was my first time calling to inquire about the fax I received, I would then be transferred right away to a sales person.

I asked to cancel my order and each time I called, no one could help (not even the mgr.) but was told to speak to someone name "Reed", each time I called and asked for someone by name, they were either on the phone or busy and I could not speak to them. The first time I inquired about the pkg. it was a ONE TIME OFFER and there was only 3 pkgs. left, shortly after when I had a friend call, there was a ONE TIME OFFER and there was only SIX pkgs. left!! Each time, I'd call to inquire about the pkgs.

I would be given inconsistent information. Then today when I called to ask for a fax number, they put me on hold for a long time (just for a fax number) and then finally was transferred to the famous "Reed" just be be told there is no fax number and I was not able to fax to the number I received on the info about the pkg. and he was extremely rude.

I also received a fax about my confirmation that looked like german, unreadable. I tried to reply to the email I received and kept receiving an error.

I feel that I needed to make this report so others that receive this fax can check this company out before purchasing and won't make the same regretful mistake as I did.

Please help proctect other consumers about this fradulent company. Once you purcahsed the pkg. , it's next to impossible to speak to anyone!
