Complaint Review: VACATION SHOWROOM INC.

I tried to cancel the vacation plan and left messages several times on a phone # I was given for customer service on the comfirmation letter I was sent.

I then tried finding an alternate phone # on the internet and found I wasn't the only one having trouble with this company after reading the rip-off reports.

I called the company and was put on hold several times until I told them about reading the rip-off reports and then was put straight through to Reid.

He stated that I could not cancel the plan and that it stated in my comfirmation letter about a 30 day cancel notice and after that there would be no refund and that it also had their e-mail address.

No such information was given to me and I hope this company doesn't get any more business.
