While I was in Florida staying at the Hilton in Orlando, these people were in the lobby giving out brochures advertising their program. I took the flyer home, completed it and sent it in after I called the number on the flyer, paid #375.00 for my vacation package and received an email from them indicating what I would receive and that I had a reservation number. This number was supposed to be good for 18 months with an extension of 18 months if I desired to extend.

I am on a deployment with the Army in Uzbekistan right now and I am trying to make arrangements to take this trip that I have already paid for. I am really upset because I thought that Hilton would not have these people in their lobby if they were a rip off. Apparently, the Hilton in Orlando does not screen their vendors. I have traveled all over the world and I am a frequent Hilton customer. This experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth for Hilton. Not to mention this organization or whatever it may be. Is there a way I can take legal action against them and the Hilton? I will follow-up. I have spent 12 months in a combat zone, I am not putting up with this.
