On 08/16/2010 I entered into a contract with Vacation Tree Inc. to list my timeshare for sale, I paid an additional fee ($899 total) to be part of the Super Star Program.  As a member of the Super Star program if the timeshare did not sell in 10 months they guarantee they will make a market price offer. I never got one phone call from their adds.

On 06/20/2011 I sent a letter, as requested in the contract, requesting an offer on the timeshare.  I received a letter acknowledging receipt of my letter and stating that within eight weeks I should be getting an offer.

On 9/29/11 I called themand they told me they were researching the market vakue I should be getting an offer within two weeks.   I called again 10/28/11,11/16/11 and 12/05/11 and got the same comment I should be getting an offer within two weeks.

I did finally did get an offer for $1.00 per week for a 5 Star Resort, their research showed an Ebay listing with a $1.00 bid.  Oh by the way if I accept the bit it will only cost me $400 per week to close the deal.

Don't believe the hype they are nothing but an internet listing company, taking your money with no intent to help you sell, just list.  You can do it for free on Ebay or Craigs List and probably get more responses,
