I was contacted in November by Robert Shelton. He promised that for a one time advertising fee of $600.00, they could rent my vacation club for $1400-1500 a week.  He stated that the terms of the agreement were that if my property was not rented in 30 days my money would be refunded.  He said that this was no risk because by the time my credit card payment was due, I would have the money to cover it.  When the contract arrived there was an additional contract for a program called "Gold Star."  I called the office to learn what this meant and was told that it was just ad additional perk that they offered, where they can rent a property for a day at a time for around $100/day.  I was told that this day would not come out of my week, and was just something they offered.  At the end of my 30 days I called asking where my money was and was told that my property had been rented and that a check had been sent, but that they could not tell me the amount. When a check finally arrived it was for $102.50, not the $1400-1500 that I had been guaranteed by Robert Shelton.  I called to question this and spoke with "Lauren" who informed me that my property was rented through the Gold Star Program for one day and they therefore met their commitment.  She said that they had not committed to the full week, and had me speak to her supervisor "Rocio."  She claimed that I had signed a contract that did not speak to this promise.  I asked if I can speak with Robert Shelton and was told that once a contract was signed I had to go through them at Customer Service.  I tried calling Robert, but the receptionist refused to put me through.  I asked Rocio to leave him a message, but have not heard from him.  I have since learned about all the scams this company has been involved in.  I have filed a dispute with my credt card company in hopes of redress through them. I would be interested in joining any complaints against this company,
