I was called by this company to attend a presentation for a Time Share. They required a $99.00 deposit to hold my hotel room the hotel stay was free in their resort, they assured me they would reemburse me my $99.00 after I attend the presentation. They also offerd me $149.00 Visa card as a gift just for going to the presentation along with free meal voucher and $50.00 gift certificate for Jiffy Lube.

I accepted the deal and reserved my space with the $99.00 deposit. I attended the presentation and a month later I check my bank account and realized that my $99.00 were never reembursed.

I called the Vacation Village Resorts and told them that my $99.00 were never put back on my credit card. They stated that the $149.00 on the visa gift card were part of the $99.00 reembursement. I was never told that when I made the reservation nor does anywhere in the letter they sent me stated that. Also the $149.00 card they gave, was not giving me the option of cashing out the money.

I spent more that what I was given. I was lied to. My experience there with them was nothing but pressure making me feel that I had to buy something from them. I was suppose to be there only 2 hours but spend over 5 hours trying to convince these people that I was not interested in purchasing their expensive Time Share.
