I was referred to this company as I am a VRM vacation rental manager or property manager by our Property Management Software Company as a legit credit card processor. They are far from it. After weeks of messing around and finally getting approved, I told them as the business was new it would take some time to get up and running with their system to connect to my PMS system.
However, some months had passed. We tried to "connect" the vacation rent payment credit card processing system to our PMS system Barefoot. Didn't work. I contacted my sales rep. He said well, no you can't use the account too much time has passed and you have to now re apply. I refused.
I did notice that they did not and will not stop charging my credit card their monthly "fees" despite the fact I cannot use the service. I disputed the charges. They do try to coerce you into signed a "termination" in order to pay them their $500 VacationRentPayment.com scam early termination fee. As you have "agreed" to it when you got the merchant account.
Look - that $500 would be fair you could use your account. The minute you cannot, they are billing you for a service you cannot use. That's fraud.
Do not use this Company, the will defraud you.
