I was recently in nashville staying downtown without a vehicle. Went on Vacations made easy to book the Redneck comedy tour. The pick up and drop off location were downtown so I thought it was perfect since I didn't have a vehicle. During the online process there was a spot that said that said "Select Itinerary and voucher instructions delivery option" Via Email or Via Will call at box office.

I selected Via email since I didn't have a way to get to the box office. However, what I came to find out was, the Voucher DOES NOT come to your email. The Voucher INSTRUCTIONs do. Which state you need to pick up the tickets 7 miles away. When I called to cancel my ticket and get a refund they refused. I hadn't called in time. (it was the day after) How can a site be called vacations made easy when they require that you go to their office for a voucher.

What I found out later after talking to the actual Redneck comedy tour company (which was awesome and they were great) they informed me that they didn't require the voucher and had our names. And after talking to others they told us that the Vacations made easy company only wants you to go to their office to give you a talk on time shares. They were anything BUT easy. I would NOT recommend to anyone!
