Vacationtravelclub promise prices that don't exist BraBenton Harbor Michigan
In November 2008 we bought Vacation Travel Club services at Branson, MO with the promose of hotel prices 40% less than any available offer. They also said these prices were good at all hotels specifically Marriott Hotels. The first time I tried to book a hotel I was told it is only with Choice Hotels and then the price they quoted was higher than what I could get a room myself from the Choice Hotels website. We tried to get our money back immediately but they kept giving us a runaround and they could not produce the reservation they got us to show us what they could do to get us to buy. When I filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General they came up with a reservation immediately. We want our money back as this company is a fraud but no one will do anything.
