Vacu Vent is an unprofessional rip off company. I would strongly suggest that they not be used for their supposed services. They were supposed to make a custom air filter for my air conditioning unit. The service was supposed to cost $74.00 to vacuum my air vents. Instead, it ended up costing me over $800.00 because they said they found mold in my air conditioning system.
I have no way of knowing if this was true or not. The filter was never delivered and the company has done nothing but give me the run around and has refused to give me a refund. I should have smelled a rat when they requested a check as opposed to a credit card. I was solicited by phone which is how I came into contact with them. I guess I'll have to eat the $129.00 they rippped me off for. Consumer beware!
