On October 4th, 2013 my order from Vade was processed.  I contacted Vade Shop "Help Desk" on November 25th, 2013.  I was told that they would check and see why this order had not been sent out.  I did not hear anything else.  When I checked back the "ticket" was marked "closed".  I contacted Vade Help Desk again on December 6th, 2013 ....no reply.  Again on this same ticket on December 14th, 2013 ....no reply from Vade.  BUT, the ticket was marked "closed" the next time I checked back.  I opened another ticket on January 10th, 2014 ....it is still marked as "open" (January 15th, 2014).  As well as pursuing this matter via the Vade website, I also emailed them two times.  Once on December 6th to which I got an automated reply ....saying that they would look into the matter, and to make sure my order number was in the subject line.  To date, I have had no replies, and I have not received the merchandise (2 skirt leggins).
