Vade Shop Took my money, never sent product Internet

I ordered my product back in August 2013, they ran my credit card but I didn't realize rive the product. I contacted the company, by email,  to check the status. They quickly got back to me saying they had more orders than product and they were waiting for more to come in. I waited a couple of more before contacting them again for an update, got the same excuse. This continued on for a couple of months with no answers and no product, when I told them if they can't give me the product then return my money, they continued to say I would get my product. I contacted them again after 6 months with no answer from them, now their site is down. I never received my product or a refund.
