This one is Very simple, I just moved here recently from NYC, where I was very happy with my VW dealership in the west side of manhattan.I needed to get my car checked for a check engine light and to get it up to speed for my new life after the long 18 hr drive down here. I took it to VAden Volkswagen, not because it was recommended, but being new to this twon it was the closest service department to me. Once there I was treated quite well by a young man by the name is Michael parish, he fixed the problems I had, except for one I had to get a part for, and they ordered it...finally 3 weeks later it arrives, today I called mike but he nevere responded, around 3pm I receive a call from an Eddie Parker, SERVICE MANAGER.
he goes on to tell me we are set up for friday excellent...8 am it is, I proceeded to explain to him I had a problem, maybe he could help explain to me what happenned...my fiance went to open the passenger side visor and the flip mirror cover fell out and broke. How could this happen?

His response was that there was no way possible it could have happened there? Absurd I responded, he went on to talk down to me preacing in some militant way asif I was in his army of the mentally challenged, so I said forgive me but this is total B.S...he responded to not curse at him...I said I am not cursing at you but I just can't belive the crap coming out of your mouth...he hung up on me...I went over...I apoliguized if I offended him...he said no problem, ok...How can I help you...I said I just need an explanation. His explanation was that many people come and try to get over on vaden volkswagen, they break things themselves or try to get stuff fixed for free? Now am I incorrect or does this guy think I want a handout? do i have a right to be offended? I told him to be real...he said he had no money to pay for everyone's complaints.

That he was a drill sgt in the army 16 years...and that he was from baltimore? why is this man telling me all of this? what does it have to do with the car? he said he had no time to go take a look at the car? what? good lord, I said you are not letting me speak and I appreciate if you put your finger out of my face... he asked me to leave or otherwise he'd have me escorted out...I told him he was wrong and walked out.

Im sorry but I am calling 1800 422 8997 VW America custumer relations, this is totally Bogus and unreal.
ps: I never asked for them to pay for anything.
