Valentina Federico displays disrectful and fraudulent behavior. She screws you over and thinks that is your problem, not hers. She expects to be treated like a princess but shows no respect in return. She is hard and cold and makes psychotic requests. Don't expect to feel comfortable or safe with this woman (who is from Russia i believe). If you book with her and she needs to cancel; she literally tells you that's your problem. She doesn't respect people's time or efforts. I wouldn't trust her with my pets if I were anyone else. Unfortunately it puts a negative light on her catsitting company.
