Valentine & Kebartas This company falsifys themselves as "Attorney's At Law" Lawrence Massachusetts
These guys identify themselves as attorney's. They are not. I believe this is fraud. I would like to know if this is just as illegal as identifying your self as a police officer. One of their employees offered me a settlement, then the following day the settlement offer was no good. They 1st told me that I owed like $14000. But they could settle with me for about $6657, which is what I actually owe, and is what is on my credit report. The first woman agreed to 1/2, then the guy told me that the best deal they could offer me is the $6657 which is what I actually owe, so how is that a deal or settlement offer??? I had the guy fax me the offer, which the terms are $500 by 6/25/08 and then $250/mo for the next 6 mo, which only amounts to $2000. I am not complaining about the $2000, which I will find a way to pay, however these people don't know what they are doing and they certainly are not attorney's, and their should be a law that says they cannot identify themselves as someone other than they are.
