As you'll be able to tell at first I thought this was legitimate. I have tried over and over again to contact Sandra Gerard with valeo international soft and she has not responded to my concerns. Here are my emails...

Email #1 July 12, 2005

I apologize what I have is an account with a small credit union so I'm not sure if you'll be satisfied with the check clearing time. So maybe you shouldn't start sending me payments. I'll need someone to call me as sone as this message is received to go over some basics. I need more info. from a voice on the phone.

Email #2 July 16, 2005

I've already written once stating that I'm not interested in cashing any checks for your company or anyone else. Please stop sending checks if you have already. This is very unordinary, and if I'm going to do anything I expect someone to call me asap. If I receive any funds they will be returned to sender.

Thank You

Email #3 July 16, 2005

Hello Ms. Sandra Gerard

I'm expecting some sort of response in regard to the concernu s I have with the legality of these checks. I've sent two e-mails stating that I want someone to call me and nothing. After I sent you my first cancellation e-mail you sent me an e-mail with names of people that were sending checks. If you want me to go through with this Business opportunity, PLEASE RESPOND. I've already received a check from someone and if I have no response from you or your company by Tuesday afternoon I will return the check to it's sender in fear of some illegallity.

End Emails

Now if this was a legitimate opportunity she would have resonded by now. In fact after my first Email she sent me an Email with the names of people to expect payment on I received the 16th of July. This can't be 100% legal. Why wouldn't thay just receive payments on-line with a credit card? I have already received a check from someone and I never signed their contract and returned it as per their instructions. I'll update when I get in touch with the sender of the check to see if they are aware of this transaction.
