Complaint Review: Valeri Ouimette

Valeri Ouimette, Buffyville, buffycustoms, ripped off myself and many other Buffy the Vampire Slayer fans by accepting our money, trades for custom made figures and then never delivering the goods. She was a very prominent customizer on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer Figs Forum and completed many successful transactions with other members before soliciting many new commissions and then severing all contact with the buyers.

I have been in contact with some of the other wronged parties and they, like myself, have seen neither the custom figures or their refunded money. We have been very patient while waiting to see how things would play out but are now prepared to take the next step toward seeking compensation for our monetary losses from this individual.

We ask anyone who has had dealings with her to please report here. I also urge anyone in the ebay community to be very careful if buying from or selling to user name : buffycustoms.
