Complaint Review: Valerie Furey

I was one of the people that defended Heather on Facebook and will do it again!  She was my neighbor in California and is a great woman on every level.  Why do you continue to villanize her for speaking the truth about you?  Just admit you were wrong and go get the garden from her and refund HER money instead of saying she wants free money.  Was it not her money to begin with?

I was friends with her at the time her husband died and she always used her experience to help others.  She made me want to be a better person.   As for your attacking her children and her parenting, what parent would not be outraged?  Her family is a great example of enduring a terrible tragedy and still serving others, she is an inspiration to so many people!  Her kids are awesome and if they did make a bad judgement call, she would have handled it strictly. Who are you to judge?  What does that have to do with her issue with your company?  Are you just mad that no one came to your defense?  That you had to make up a false account to attack her when several of us commented on your page without being asked?

You should be grateful she is as gracious as she has been.  If it were me, you would already have been served by now. 

Staying true to your M.O. and consistent with your narcissistic personality disorder, I see. “Individuals with narcissistic personality disorder grow up feeling superior and needing to be admired. Although these individuals are usually very ambitious and confident; vocational functioning often is impaired because of intolerance of criticism or defeat.

Like all personality disorders, Narcissistic Personality Disorder is a deeply ingrained and enduring behavior pattern, manifesting as an inflexible response to a broad range of personal and social situations. This behavior represents an extreme or significant deviation from the way in which the average individual in a given culture relates to others. This behavior pattern tends to be stable. It causes subjective distress and problems in social performance.

Individuals with Narcissistic Personality Disorder are intolerant of criticism or defeat. They usually respond with defiant counterattack or social withdrawal. Their feelings of entitlement, need for admiration, and disregard for the feelings of others usually significantly impair their social and occupational functioning.”

My teenage advanced placement honors student daughter tried pot and BECAUSE I care, I was going through her social media accounts that morning and I found out.  I left immediately to go pick her up and she spent the first three weeks of summer grounded.  I said I tried pot at her age too, and NEVER condoned it or said I did not care, and because I know you will say it again like you did to the BBB, I did say I HAD smoked pot at night myself and failed to mention that it was prescribed by my doctor for insomnia. I also said I was upset she did not tell me herself – I promote honesty in my children and her punishment would have been less severe if she would have been truthful.  A quality I value and a quality you are incapable of.  I do have the "curse" of being too honest and open and never would have mentioned that if I had any idea you would be such a vicious, truth-twisting, snake of a woman! 

Furthermore, to say you never did business with me is another blatant lie and I have the phone records and Facebook inbox messages containing your classic writing style to prove it (so does the FL AG in the 40 page package I sent her, which includes your falsified Ch. 13 Bankruptcy filing that states that you are "not currently working"), then to go on to say that the “Better Business Bureau did not site him as doing anything wrong as it was clear the client ordered an item, received it and he deserved to be paid for it” is such a wide load of manure I cannot even stand it.  The BBB does not CITE anyone nor FORCE them to do the right thing.  The pictures I posted are proof of your scam so stop feebly trying to defend yourself – it is pathetic.  I am extremely angry and have every right to be.  It's called RIGHTEOUS INDIGNATION! 

So I will again set a couple of things straight. First of all, the case I cited was from May 12, 2010 is NOT over a decade ago.  Secondly, you have had HUNDREDS of people say "cruel" (but not untrue) things about you.  Here are a few quotes and sources:

I could go on but I don’t want to bore people.  They can look for themselves and decide.  Those who would like to Google me, my name is Heather Schieferle Preysz, (born Heather Ann Easterlin, January 1, 2015 Charlotte, NC for anyone eager to do a real background check).  The only thing left for me to say is I am not afraid of you, I am only afraid of you continuing to take advantage of innocent people.  I will support the hundreds of people you have scammed, bullied, lied about and harassed. You brought this on yourself and though I have never even seen the inside of a courtroom….BRING IT ON.

In this day and age its sad everyone seems to be bad mouthing every company and every person so as hurtful as this gal’s sad all out attack is I don’t take it personally. She clearly has zero knowledge of the facts. I have no ownership in Garden E and never met her or did business with her. This company is clearly wonderful and no one has spoken this way about it, ever but in this world I have never heard of any company without an occasional sour grape. My husband works very hard and its a lovely classy business as everyone on the site states except for this client and her friends who she talked into saying unkind things even though my husband never did any jobs for them (one even contacted us an apologized stating this lady was agressive and pretty much crazy so she felt pushed into writing what she told her to write and than later removed it ). With nearly 4k followers its obvious it is a very loved moral company. This client asked for a custom item and she was given that. She was not over charged, the small difference in her fee was that she had other items she wanted ie she requested custom white paint and purchased legs as well. When my husband was there she had no complaints and even said she loved the garden and thanked him. Had she had an issue then it would have promptly been resolved. There was also never an issue of pricing-this is something she has added just now to elaborate an obviously fabricated story. As soon as he left however she began an unreal extortion attempt to defame, harrass and harm him unless he gave her free merchandise when he didn’t give in she began nasty incredibly cruel and abusive as you can see. The Better Business Bureau did not site him as doing anything wrong as it was clear the client ordered an item, received it and he deserved to be paid for it. My only guess for this incredible toxic energy filled with such hate is the fact that it was pointed out to her it was not appreciated that she was allowing her daughter to do drugs. This client commented she was running out to get her daugher when the garden bed was going in as she was in trouble for drug use and that although “she didn’t care” as she too does drugs too she had to get her. I can only imagine what Child Protective Services would say as was pointed out. This made all of us disgusted and sick to see such child abuse going on and I guess perhaps pointing this out upset her. Obviously she is not mentally all there as you can see from reading these rants and her sheer nasty tone. She of course lied afterward and said she never said that but we all know a simple drug test will prove that this is certainly not a lie. No one would kid about such serious matters.

As far as this lawsuit she keeps pointing out that too is very silly. The old company I owned had thousands of clients, an under 1 percent complaint ratio, I was nomintated as the Entrepreneur of the year for it and it only this one matter with Auto Ship which never went to court as the only witness who did come forward in person admitted she lied and knew she was on Auto Ship but just wanted a refund but to avoid wasted legal monies I was glad to settle and gave refunds and that was the end of the story. This was also over a decard ago-how this matters today is beyond me. 

I had one other person in my life who decided to write cruel untruths about me, I sued her and won. I think this lady is going to have the same fate unfortunately as she has gone way overboard in her attacks and I can only hope to prevent her from doing this to others..If she ever files anything again or writes another unkind word about me I will return the favor so she can see how it feels.

Hopefully she will find a kinder better way to live one day and to treat others as she wishes to be treated.
