This buyer had the nerve to file a dispute with their credit card company but only after they had received the merchandise. Not only did I purchase and have the merchandise delivered via amazon, but I added a Apple Pencil (an additional $120 out of my pocket) for free due to issues with original shipment.
Have delivery proof of Amazon leaving this package on thier doorstep with a photo image and geo tracking of the delivery person leaving this on the customers property. Now all of a sudden they don't know what this charge is about.
Pure fraud. I'm going to file a police report. Mark down the name and address, if they continue to do this they will be prosecuted.
