I made a purchase for a little over 628.00 from Valholl CC on 2/24/17.  After weeks of no tracking information I attempted to contact their company.  Left over 15 voicemails, multiple emails without response.  After making a FB post I finally got a response from Julie Cordova.  Over the next week she was supposed to check status on my order, nothing ever happened.

I finally got a response from her that my helmet company had already shipped my helmet, and the rest of the items were on backorder.  I contacted the helmet company directly, to which point I found out my helmet order hadnt even been placed.

At this point I requested my order get cancelled at Valholl CC.  A week later she obliqued but indicated it would take a month to receive my refund.

I am now 53 days into this order, without any money refunded to me.  No pending refunds.  Julie ignores all calls, emails, text messages, and facebook messages.  If you google the company you can see this has become a serious issues.  If you search the forums or facebook you can see she is doing this to more orders than not.

If you look at the website you can also see they are "restructuring the company" which screams to their being lots of problems.

 

I am now left with dealing with my bank directly to get a refund.  Avoid doing business with them at all costs.
