i went to work for this company two weeka ago and they were mis leading in ther product price and the give aways for setting appointments some time they didnt have the prizes they were claiming the sales people bring to ther home when doin the presentation. the sale staff would be given used equipment to sell to the customers as new they did not pay the employees what they said they would
this company is a fraudulant company the owner of this distribution center(tyler) is lying to the recruits he claims you will be guaranteed 1980.00 salary per month that is not obtainable he is out make money for himself. the longest employee he has working for him is 2 months. they send there sales staff out uneducated on the prices and equipment. the equipment is used from doing demos and is sold as new.the more he ripps the customer the more he makes.the sales people are telling the customers prices for parts on machines that are not accurate.
if you are called about a demonstration its because you filled out a entry blank to win a free car that is in the mall in idaho falls and at the mall at pocatello the entry blank says nothing about a vacuum cleaner and a air cleaner. if you have bad credit you get a bad deal if you have good credit you stillget a bad deal its just easier and for the prizes good luck if if he has any to give out that day

I have been in the above said business for nearly a year now and I would just like to add a few comments on behalf of the company.
When new people come in, we do absolutely everything we can to support them. We train them, teach them, advance train, and go out into the field with them on their appointments. But too often I see people who don't show up on a daily basis (as would be expected at any other job) and moan and cry when their paycheck isn't what they want it to be. What does it come down to? Laziness. Anywhere else, if you did not show up for work, you don't get paid for the day or you get fired right? But for some reason, I see people come into the business, show up twice in the week, and wonder why they're not making money. Think about it.
In addition, direct sales isn't for everyone. As I always say, opportunity is made for everyone, but not everyone is made for opportunity. I can say this because less than a year ago I came into the business more broke than I'd ever been. So I gave myself two options: either I go on welfare, or I run with this opportunity and make it work for me. I'm no smarter than anyone else, but I am hard working, and now I make more money than I honestly can say I know what to do with. I'm not here to sell the company or anything like that, I just wanted to add in my personal opinion.
Basically, what it boils down to is that this business is only for dedicated, hard working people willing to stick with a plan. Showing up on a regular basis, asking for help, taking the advice of the supervisors, and working the programs offered will allow anyone to get to where I'm at now.

I went to work for a Division Air Technologies in st cloud mn they are the same company with the same problems they lie to both their employees and customers. I hated working for them and didn't for very long. them when I asked for my paycheck they came up with we lost the paperwork or we didn't want to disappoint you. I was the worst job I everhad. I don't really know if its Health Mor HMI or thier companies that sell the products are f*@(ed up but i don't care if you are considering a job with this company ask your self can I live on nothing at all for a month or two? what a joke.
