I purchased an Aqua Guard water filtration system from Valley Environmental Resources Inc. 9299 W. Olive Avenue #112, Peoria, AZ 85345 Phone: (623) 937-4423. It has not worked properly from the day they installed it. I have called and complained on several occasions and have received the run around each time. For the price I paid for the item I purchased, which was almost $6100 I thought I would get good service. I did not and have not. I have been treated rudely by at least two employees of the company.

When I called right after purchasing the items from them with a complaint I was met with stiff resistance and bad attitudes. The service tech had me so upset I actually yelled at him on the phone because of his rude combative attitude. I was threatened with steep fees for coming to my house to check out the item I had just purchased to see if it had a problem. I was told to read the manual and fix it myself on more than one occasion.

The last time I talked to an employee I expressed my disappointment with the fact that the softener never worked correctly. She did not even bother to say anything like, I am sorry you are having problems. When I explained that I would file a complaint with the BBB the only thing she had to say was, OK. I am so unhappy with the water softener I purchased from this company and even more unhappy with the lack of service provided and the rude attitudes when dealing with employees there.

This  company  obviously  has  a scheme  to charge  money  and not  to  return  when  there  is  a  problem.  ("take  the money  and  run....")      I  have  seen  several  reports  on  Yelp  (the  most  interesting  ones  are  hidden  under  "not  recommended"  for  whatever  reason)

I  was wondering  how  many  customers  have  filed  a  complaint  with  the  AG
