In my opinion, Dr. Chris Serafini, a chiropractor at Valley Spinal Care-Kierland is probably the worst Doctor I have every encountered.

Serafini took my money by concealing the truth about my insurance coverage.  He put me on a maintenance program before fully correcting my spine.  He insulted me when I would not buy unneeded services and supplements.

A breach of contract that states "when we know or believe that your chiiropractic adjustment is no longer covered, we will discuss this matter with you"  I believe obtaining my signature by deception is against the law.

As a senior citizen and medicare beneficiary I am saddened and angry that a Doctor could treat the older population (who are in pain and maybe struggling financially) in such a deceitful and dishonest way.

I only wish I would have checked out Dr. Serafini with the Arizona State Board of Chiropractic Examiners before beginning treatment.  It was there that I discovered (after the fact) that the good doctor was brought up on charges for a severe DUI.  The board found examples of where the Doctor's statements were inaccurate and misleading.  The board found under A.R.S. 32-924 (A)(5) unprofessional or dishonorable conduct of a character likely to deceive or defraud the public or tending to discredit the profession.

No response from phone calls and emails.  Posting negative reviews did get some attention from Serafini's attorney,  Two letters to cease and desist.  I was telling the truth and giving my opinion, so no basis for a lawsuit.  I also told the attorney I felt a judge and/or jury would be shocked to see a $900.00 charge on the contract for triggerpoint instruction.  The attorney did not want to embarrass himself or his law firm, so he said he would not be filing papers to bring  on a lawsuit.  I wonder if he dropped Serafini as a client (?) all together.

The Board of Chiropractic Examiners was of no help whatsoever.  They said it was a civil suit and to take it up with the Doctor.  The Board does not get involved with monetary issues.  The Board does not punish, they educate.  Serafini sure could use some education on telling the truth and not cheating people out of their insurance benefits.

I requested my medical records from Serafini (it took weeks to receive them and only after a call from my son-inlaw),and I was shocked at the mistakes (or lies ??) I found.  The records didn't even have the correct cause of my injury.  Another example was my third visit to vsc was billed to me and to medicare.  Isn't that what they call double dipping??

There is so much more..fruadulent inducement, breach of contract, obtaining a signature by deception.

Christopher Serafini, you belong in prison for all the people you have cheated.
