Many companies have dropped out of doing business in the yellow pages for this reason. Not only that, it is very expensive to maintain unless you have the best placement position. In this I have experienced sales representatives from Valley Yellow Pages act in bad faith in perhaps the need to make sales. Convincing inside information was given to us to help influence our company to sign a contract with Valley Yellow Pages. The sad part is that we believed these representatives and in the end nothing they said was the truth. And now, they are using the " i never said that card", to get out of it. Beware of trusting sales people. Wish I read the previous review cited in 2011 regarding this company that you can find on yahoo.
