Complaint Review: Valor Telecom - Windstream

Valor telecom solicited me by ph. & sold me an unlimited long distance plan & then one year later, told me it did not include fax, internet, or any minutes that were not voice...They never told me this when we gave a verbal contract over the phone, So i ask them to let me hear the(recorded message that they make for quality assurance)'''.

The convenietly have misplaced it & it cannot be found..Look i pay my bills, I listen to people close especially when they are trying to sell me something.. The person for valor that sold me the unlimited plan, never said anything about my plan being limited to voice only.. Its like putting a barral of apple in front of me & telling me to reach in & take all i can eat for 59 dollars per month, & then tell me a year later that only meant with my left (((ROR redacted phone number for security purposes)))
