Value America RIP OFF SCAM
If you chose to do business with this on line company, beware! They have the worst customer service department I have ever encountered. They treat you very badly. They took my money over $400. three weeks ago, said my order was shipped, which only $40. was and case closed. No one has bothered to find out what happened to my mechandise. The customer service manager, Tony, never returns my calls. They email other departments as well as vendors and in my case have never received an answer. I urge everyone who reads this to not place an order with value america. THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!! Please purchase elsewhere.
