Complaint Review: Value City Furniture

Delivery was one week late. Delivery men complained like babies about mud. Refused to deliver because to it. One delivery nam used the F word to his boss, in front of me and my 2 year old son. Put items in near by garage.

Had to pay someone to bring them into my house. I want to complain more but can't find corporate address. Called local store but didn't get anywhere. What do they care if I was treated like dirt.
