Complaint Review: Value city furniture

omplaint Details Purchased a sofa from value city furniture and also purchased the extended warranty. Value city provides the contractor for any warranty issues however the contractor they are using are not honoring the warranty and keep cancelling or not showing up to appointment. Contacted value city furniture in Orland and was told that all managers were in a meeting and I will be called back. I was never called back and saw furniture repair company will not keep the scheduled appointment. This is value city's contractors and therefore their responsibility to the customer. I will have no choice after this to pursue legal action against value city and saw. My sofa still has not been addressed. I have all the receipts proving my case as well as phone messages from the contractor confirming both appointment dates and times.
